Normally, my pet paintings are completed and ready to ship in three weeks, sometimes less. If you have a particular date in mind, please reach out to see if I can make it happen!

The best photos to work with are taken in natural lighting (outside or near a window or door). I prefer nice, clear headshots of your pet, especially showing the beauty of their eyes. I will need at least 3 photos as reference. If you can't get perfect shots, no worries, I will work with what you send me.

I will reach out to you by email within 1-2 days after order is placed. We will discuss background colors you would like, any unique requests or suggestions. I will get back in touch with you several times during the whole process before completion. Once painting is complete, I can either send a photo of the finished creation to you, OR, you can choose to be surprised by it when painting arrives....please just let me know which one you choose. I will carefully package and ship your fur baby painting.

Unfortunately, all of my pet portrait paintings are Custom creations, and cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final. Thank you for understanding.
